FAMILY LIFE:
My husband, John, is a biologist, and works as an independent contractor protecting wildlife (tortoises, birds, plants) on construction job sites. He is actually licensed to handle tortoises, if you can believe that! He spent 24 years working for Phizer as a scientist, doing research on drugs to treat neurological disorders . He is a classical pianist(click here to listen to him play), although he hasn’t had time to practice in over a year, as he works 6-7 days a week, 12-13 hours a day, which is why I get to work so many hours! When he is home, I am home. Otherwise we are working because we love what we do or ballroom dancing.  Click here for a beautiful ballroom dance, or or here for the most beautifully perfect ballroom dance ever in history.
My oldest son, Craig (24), just got out of the Army last December. He was in the Airborne division for 7 years and he served 3 tours in Afghanistan, andone tour in Iraq, while based in Vicenza, Italy. He applied for the U.S. Border Patrol, got a 98 on the test, but decided to go into his love, trucking. Craig gained confidence, and some of the best work ethics and management skills I have ever seen, bybeing in the military. And he can save your life no matter what you get yourself into. He is a handy guy to have around.
My youngest son, Matthew (just turned 18), does everything that pertains to the sport of drifting. His extraordinary story can be found athttp://www.mattdaledrifts.com/ , by clicking on “sponsorship” at the top of the page. He is one of the youngest drivers to win Top Drift Round 4 and he accomplished that the first time he competed last year.  He wants to have his professional driver’s license by the end of the year. I can tell that he has been listening to my phone calls and watching what I do all of these years, because he is a great negotiator, and knows a lot about real estate andmortgages without any formal training. He can calculate any number quicker than I can and my customers will be blessed if he decides to take over the company someday as he definitely has the skills to beat my record.
MY STAFF
They might be shy, but they are phenomenally awesome.  My processor, Marlene, has been processing loans for a very long time.  She is full of ideas on how to improve the processing of loans, and she saves us time, and keeps me somewhat organized – I know you are laughing right there!
She is quick as a whip, and her files are beautifully processed – I wish I had met her 10 years ago – she is a true team player.  I’ve seen a lot of processors in my life, and she takes the prize! She is still learning about hard money, but she knows more than she should about FHA and conventional lending, so we are adopting some of those practices to make sure that we have the best due diligence in place.  Best of all – she cares 110% about us and our success.  There is lots more to tell about her, but the best thing to do is to get to know her by working with her.Next, we have some nepotism going on, with my son, Matthew Dale, who was (and should still be, because he is FIERCE) a drifting race car driver and one time champion.  However, he needs to make some money somehow, and so he got a job with mom.  Since he is 3 times faster at numbers than I, and faster on the computer than me, and better with the customers than I, all he needs is my knowledge that I am passing along every day, and one day, he will be the top dog, and I’ll be retired.  Matt is the one who puts the data together for the box.net and our e-files, and puts the loans up on the website.  So, if you want to see more inventory, he is the guy to call at 702-855-5850.  He also answer the phones, makes sure we have food and water, and manages the data processing.  Click here for a video of Matthew ballroom dancing, but don\’t tell him I showed you!
IMPORTANT TO KNOW ABOUT CAPELLA MORTGAGE
We all work right next to each other.  Even though I might be on the phone, with a customer in front of me, I still know what is going on with the phones, so when you call, this is the procedure.  Identify yourself and give a description of what you are calling about.  Give some details to whomeever answers the phone!!!  They are sitting right next to me, and they can quickly relay the situation in about 8 seconds, and I can give them an answer in about 5 seconds, and wala! it’s taken care of!! Check out my resume and my ballroom dancing videos below to learn more about me, and if you still want more information after that, come in and meet us.
